
Instructions:
- 1Stand in a fighting stance with your right foot in front
- 2Turn your body to the right and lift your left leg
- 3Swing your left leg around towards the right, extending it fully
- 4Quickly retract your left leg and pivot back to your starting position
- 5Repeat with the opposite leg
Tips:
- Power for the kick comes from the hips and torso, not the leg alone
- Try to keep your body upright during the kick to maintain balance
- Do not overextend your leg to avoid injury
- Flex your foot at the end of the kick for extra power
