Instructions:

  • 2Rotate your body to the left while extending your left arm across your body
  • 3Pour your weight into the hook, using your hip and leg power
  • 4Snap back quickly to your initial position after the left hook is thrown
  • 5Keep your right hand guarding your face during the entire move

Tips:

  • Keep your left hook at shoulder level for more precision
  • Bend your knees slightly for stability and power in the punch
  • Always rotate the body when throwing a left hook, this provides power
  • Keep your right glove up to protect your face during the punch
