Instructions:

  • 1Sit on the machine with your back and head against the pad
  • 2Place your feet shoulder-width apart on the foot platform
  • 3Push the platform away by extending your knees and hips
  • 4Return to the start position by bending your knees and hips

Tips:

  • Keep your feet flat on the platform
  • Avoid fully locking out your knees
  • Do not lift your head or back off the pad during the exercise
  • Exhale as you push the platform, inhale as you return to start position
