
Instructions:
- 1Sit on the machine with your back and head against the pad
- 2Place your feet shoulder-width apart on the foot platform
- 3Push the platform away by extending your knees and hips
- 4Return to the start position by bending your knees and hips
Tips:
- Keep your feet flat on the platform
- Avoid fully locking out your knees
- Do not lift your head or back off the pad during the exercise
- Exhale as you push the platform, inhale as you return to start position
