Instructions:

  • 1Lie on your back on the floor with your feet near the cable machine.
  • 2Grasp the rope attachment with both hands.
  • 3Slowly bring your arms overhead towards the floor.
  • 4Pause when you feel a stretch in your lats, then slowly bring your arms back to the starting position.
  • 5Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.

Tips:

  • Breathe out as you pull the rope towards you, and breathe in as you return to the starting position.
