Tips:
- Keep your arms as straight as possible during the exercise.
- Maintain control over the weight resistance, don't let the weight pull your arms back too quickly.
- Breathe out as you pull the rope towards you, and breathe in as you return to the starting position.
- Keep your core engaged throughout the exercise.
