Instructions:

  • 1Lie on your back in front of the cable machine with your arms stretched above your head
  • 2Grip the bar with an underhand grip
  • 3Curl the bar towards your forehead
  • 4Slowly return to the initial position
  • 5Repeat the movement

Tips:

  • Make sure your elbows remain stationary throughout the exercise
  • Avoid arching your back
  • Use your biceps to initiate the pull
  • Control the speed and avoid jerky movements
