
Instructions:
- 1Lie on your back in front of the cable machine with your arms stretched above your head
- 2Grip the bar with an underhand grip
- 3Curl the bar towards your forehead
- 4Slowly return to the initial position
- 5Repeat the movement
Tips:
- Make sure your elbows remain stationary throughout the exercise
- Avoid arching your back
- Use your biceps to initiate the pull
- Control the speed and avoid jerky movements
