
Instructions:
- 1Sit down at a leverage machine, with your back resting against the pad
- 2Grab the handles with an overhand grip and extend your arms
- 3Bend your elbows and lower the handles down
- 4Push the handles back up until your arms are fully extended
- 5Repeat for your desired number of reps
Tips:
- Avoid locking out your elbows at the top of the movement
- Keep your back and shoulders still throughout the exercise
- Focus on the contraction of your triceps before slowly returning the weight
- Remember to breathe in as you lower the weight and breathe out as you push it back up
