Lever Triceps Extension (VERSION 2)

Instructions:

  • 1Sit down at a leverage machine, with your back resting against the pad
  • 2Grab the handles with an overhand grip and extend your arms
  • 3Bend your elbows and lower the handles down
  • 4Push the handles back up until your arms are fully extended
  • 5Repeat for your desired number of reps

Tips:

  • Avoid locking out your elbows at the top of the movement
  • Keep your back and shoulders still throughout the exercise
  • Focus on the contraction of your triceps before slowly returning the weight
  • Remember to breathe in as you lower the weight and breathe out as you push it back up
