Instructions:

  • 1Lie on a decline bench and securely lock your legs at the end of the bench. Hold the EZ bar with an overhand grip.
  • 2Lower the bar towards the forehead by bending at the elbow while keeping your upper arms still.
  • 3Raise the bar back to the starting position by extending your elbows.
  • 4Repeat the motion as needed.

Tips:

  • Always remain in control of the exercise, never allow momentum to take over.
  • Keep your core engaged and back pressed against the bench.
  • Keep your elbows fixed and close together throughout the exercise.
  • Exhale while bringing the EZ bar up and inhale during the downward motion.
