Instructions:

  • 1Kneel in front of a high pulley with a rope attached
  • 2Grasp the rope with your hands and pull it down until your hands are next to your face
  • 3Extend your arms fully using your triceps
  • 4Slowly return back to the starting position
  • 5Repeat the movement for desired reps

Tips:

  • Keep your arms close to your head throughout the movement
  • Avoid using your back to pull the rope down
  • Focus on the contraction while extending your arms
  • Control the weight during the eccentric (lowering) phase
