
Instructions:
- 1Kneel in front of a high pulley with a rope attached
- 2Grasp the rope with your hands and pull it down until your hands are next to your face
- 3Extend your arms fully using your triceps
- 4Slowly return back to the starting position
- 5Repeat the movement for desired reps
Tips:
- Keep your arms close to your head throughout the movement
- Avoid using your back to pull the rope down
- Focus on the contraction while extending your arms
- Control the weight during the eccentric (lowering) phase
