Instructions:

  • 1Start by standing in front of the Ski Erg with feet hip-width apart
  • 2Grasp the handles with your palms facing each other
  • 3Explosively drive your arms down and slightly back, hinging at the hips
  • 4Return to the starting position in a controlled manner, raising your arms back up

Tips:

  • Keep your back straight and core engaged throughout the exercise
  • Try to mimic the movement of cross-country skiing
  • Start with light resistance and increase gradually
  • Remember to breathe: Inhale as you raise your arms, exhale as you drive down
