
Instructions:
- 1Start by standing in front of the Ski Erg with feet hip-width apart
- 2Grasp the handles with your palms facing each other
- 3Explosively drive your arms down and slightly back, hinging at the hips
- 4Return to the starting position in a controlled manner, raising your arms back up
Tips:
- Keep your back straight and core engaged throughout the exercise
- Try to mimic the movement of cross-country skiing
- Start with light resistance and increase gradually
- Remember to breathe: Inhale as you raise your arms, exhale as you drive down
