
Instructions:
- 1Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart
- 2Extend one arm straight out to the side at shoulder height
- 3Slowly rotate your arm in large circles
- 4Repeat this movement for a set number of repetitions
- 5Switch arms and repeat on the other side
Tips:
- Try to keep your arm straight during the circles
- Don't rush, perform the movement in a slow and controlled manner
- You can perform this exercise in sets or for a set duration
- Make sure to keep your core engaged throughout the exercise
