Arm-up Rotator Stretch demonstration gif

Instructions:

  • 1Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart
  • 2Extend one arm straight out to the side at shoulder height
  • 3Slowly rotate your arm in large circles
  • 4Repeat this movement for a set number of repetitions
  • 5Switch arms and repeat on the other side

Tips:

  • Try to keep your arm straight during the circles
  • Don't rush, perform the movement in a slow and controlled manner
  • You can perform this exercise in sets or for a set duration
  • Make sure to keep your core engaged throughout the exercise
