Instructions:

  • 1Stand up straight with your feet shoulder width apart
  • 2Extend your arms in front of you and interlock your fingers
  • 3Keep your arms fully extended, push your hands as far away from your chest as possible
  • 4Feel the stretch in your shoulders and hold this position for 15-30 seconds
  • 5Release and repeat
