Instructions:

  • 1Grab the handles of the dip cage with a hammer grip
  • 2Pull yourself up until your chin is level with the handles
  • 3Hold the position briefly
  • 4Lower yourself in a controlled manner back to the beginning position
  • 5Repeat this for the desired number of reps

Tips:

  • Keep your back straight during the exercise
  • Squeeze the shoulder blades together at the top of the movement
  • Avoid swinging or using momentum to perform the movement
  • Inhale on your way down and exhale on your way up
