
Instructions:
- 1Grab the handles of the dip cage with a hammer grip
- 2Pull yourself up until your chin is level with the handles
- 3Hold the position briefly
- 4Lower yourself in a controlled manner back to the beginning position
- 5Repeat this for the desired number of reps
Tips:
- Keep your back straight during the exercise
- Squeeze the shoulder blades together at the top of the movement
- Avoid swinging or using momentum to perform the movement
- Inhale on your way down and exhale on your way up
