Instructions:

  • 1Attach the multipurpose V-bar to the low pulley cable
  • 2Stand upright with your back straight, holding the V-bar with palms facing up
  • 3Curl the bar towards your chest, keeping your elbows close to your body
  • 4Pause at the top of the movement, then slowly lower the bar back to the start position
  • 5Repeat for the desired number of repetitions

Tips:

  • Keep your body still during the exercise to focus the work on your biceps
  • Exhale as you curl the bar up, inhale as you lower it
  • Ensure a full range of motion for maximum muscle engagement
  • Avoid using your back or shoulders to lift the weight. This should be a controlled movement of the arms only
