
Instructions:
- 1Attach the multipurpose V-bar to the low pulley cable
- 2Stand upright with your back straight, holding the V-bar with palms facing up
- 3Curl the bar towards your chest, keeping your elbows close to your body
- 4Pause at the top of the movement, then slowly lower the bar back to the start position
- 5Repeat for the desired number of repetitions
Tips:
- Keep your body still during the exercise to focus the work on your biceps
- Exhale as you curl the bar up, inhale as you lower it
- Ensure a full range of motion for maximum muscle engagement
- Avoid using your back or shoulders to lift the weight. This should be a controlled movement of the arms only
