Instructions:

  • 1Stand upright while holding one end of the band in each hand
  • 2Stretch your arms out in front of you with elbows slightly bent
  • 3Slowly pull the band apart to the sides and across your chest
  • 4Hold the stretch for a few seconds
  • 5Return to the starting position slowly

Tips:

  • Keep your back straight and core engaged
  • The movement should be carried out smoothly
  • Don't force the stretch, stop if you feel any discomfort
  • Adjust the difficulty by changing your hand positioning on the band
