
Instructions:
- 1Set up a suspension trainer at around shoulder height
- 2Grab the handles of the suspension trainer with a supinated (palms facing up) grip
- 3Step back from the anchor point, lean back and allow the biceps to fully extend
- 4Hold the stretch for the desired period of time
- 5To release, step forward reducing the tension
Tips:
- Keep your spine aligned and your stance stable
- Do not bounce or use abrupt movements
- Maintain constant tension in your muscles during the stretch
- Breath in as suspending and breath out while releasing the stretch
