Instructions:

  • 1Stand about two feet away from a corner
  • 2Extend your right arm and place your hand against one wall
  • 3Turn your body left and lean forward until you feel a stretch in your chest
  • 4Hold this position for about 30 seconds before switching to the other side

Tips:

  • Ensure your arm is horizontally aligned with your shoulder
  • Relax your muscles and breathe normally while stretching
  • You should feel a gentle pull, not pain. If it hurts, you’re stretching too far
  • Keep your body upright and stand tall during the stretch
