
Instructions:
- 1Stand about two feet away from a corner
- 2Extend your right arm and place your hand against one wall
- 3Turn your body left and lean forward until you feel a stretch in your chest
- 4Hold this position for about 30 seconds before switching to the other side
Tips:
- Ensure your arm is horizontally aligned with your shoulder
- Relax your muscles and breathe normally while stretching
- You should feel a gentle pull, not pain. If it hurts, you’re stretching too far
- Keep your body upright and stand tall during the stretch
