Instructions:

  • 1Stand straight holding an EZ barbell at shoulder level
  • 2With your elbows stationary at shoulder level, extend your arms to lift the bar overhead
  • 3Hold the top position briefly
  • 4Slowly lower the bar back to the start position
  • 5Repeat the movement for your desired number of reps

Tips:

  • Avoid locking your elbows at the top of the movement
  • Keep your elbows close to your head throughout the lift
  • Focus on the contraction of your triceps at the top of the movement
  • Maintain a neutral spine throughout the exercise
