
Instructions:
- 1Stand straight holding an EZ barbell at shoulder level
- 2With your elbows stationary at shoulder level, extend your arms to lift the bar overhead
- 3Hold the top position briefly
- 4Slowly lower the bar back to the start position
- 5Repeat the movement for your desired number of reps
Tips:
- Avoid locking your elbows at the top of the movement
- Keep your elbows close to your head throughout the lift
- Focus on the contraction of your triceps at the top of the movement
- Maintain a neutral spine throughout the exercise
