
Instructions:
- 1Lay face down on an inclined bench with a dumbbell in each hand
- 2Keep your arms fully extended downward
- 3Curl the dumbbells towards your shoulders
- 4Pause momentarily, then slowly lower the dumbbells back to the starting position
- 5Repeat for the desired amount of repetitions
Tips:
- Keep your elbows stationary throughout the movement
- Engage your core to maintain balance
- Do not use your back or shoulder muscles to lift the weight
- Control the weight on the way down to engage your muscles fully
