Instructions:

  • 1Lay face down on an inclined bench with a dumbbell in each hand
  • 2Keep your arms fully extended downward
  • 3Curl the dumbbells towards your shoulders
  • 4Pause momentarily, then slowly lower the dumbbells back to the starting position
  • 5Repeat for the desired amount of repetitions

Tips:

  • Keep your elbows stationary throughout the movement
  • Engage your core to maintain balance
  • Do not use your back or shoulder muscles to lift the weight
  • Control the weight on the way down to engage your muscles fully
