
Instructions:
- 1Start by standing upright with a dumbbell in each hand at arm's length
- 2Step forward with one leg into a lunge position while simultaneously curling the dumbbells to your shoulders
- 3Push back to the initial position, and lower the dumbbells
- 4Repeat the movement with the opposite leg, continue alternating
Tips:
- Maintain balance and do not rush the movements
- Keep your back straight throughout the exercise
- Avoid stepping out too far
- Exhale when you lunge and curl, inhale when you return to starting position
