Instructions:

  • 1Start by standing upright with a dumbbell in each hand at arm's length
  • 2Step forward with one leg into a lunge position while simultaneously curling the dumbbells to your shoulders
  • 3Push back to the initial position, and lower the dumbbells
  • 4Repeat the movement with the opposite leg, continue alternating

Tips:

  • Maintain balance and do not rush the movements
  • Keep your back straight throughout the exercise
  • Avoid stepping out too far
  • Exhale when you lunge and curl, inhale when you return to starting position
