
Instructions:
- 1Stand up straight and extend one leg in front of you
- 2Loop the strap around the foot of your extended leg
- 3Hold onto both ends of the strap and gently pull back until you feel a stretch in your calf and hamstring
- 4Hold the stretch for about thirty seconds
- 5Repeat the process with the other leg

- Avoid bending your knee of the leg being stretched
- Do not pull the strap too hard
