Instructions:

  • 1Stand up straight and extend one leg in front of you
  • 2Loop the strap around the foot of your extended leg
  • 3Hold onto both ends of the strap and gently pull back until you feel a stretch in your calf and hamstring
  • 4Hold the stretch for about thirty seconds
  • 5Repeat the process with the other leg
