
Instructions:
- 1Position the Smith machine bar on the shoulder level
- 2Stand under the bar with feet shoulder-width apart
- 3Bend the knees and hips to lower the bar until you touch the bench
- 4Extend the knees to raise the bar back to starting position
Tips:
- Keep your back straight during the exercise
- Stay in line with the bar during the movement
- Make sure the knees do not go beyond the toes while squatting
- Squeeze the glutes when rising up
