
Instructions:
- 1Sit on the lever machine with your back against the pad
- 2Position the lever pad across one leg
- 3Extend your leg until it's straight, remaining in control of the motion the entire time
- 4Hold the position for a quick moment before returning to the starting position
- 5Repeat with the other leg
Tips:
- Ensure your knee is in line with the axis of the machine
- Avoid locking out your knee at the top of the movement
- Maintain a controlled tempo throughout the exercise
- Avoid lifting yourself from the seat during the exercise
